STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING TIMES 

Allow 6-8 business days to receive your order in the US or Canada.  Normally, it will arrive earlier, but make better to play it safe.  At our discretion, we will use either the US POSTAL, UPS, or FEDEX to ship your order.  We strive to ship orders within 24 hours after your order is received. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


NOTE: large and jumbo pinatas can only be shipped by ground.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer 3-day, 2-day, and next-day service via Fed Ex.  Express orders received before 9:00am on business days will normally be shipped the same day.  If received later, it will be shipped the following business day, so allow an extra day in your calculations.  Express orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPMENT PIÑATA FREIGHT POLICY - Applies to Standard and Premium Piñatas. Express shipping is not available for Large or Jumbo Piñatas.

Express charges for shipping piñatas are substantially higher than standard ground service. We include Handling charges as a means to recoup the cost of express shipping your order.  The schedule for the charges is shown below.  You must select the applicable handling fee when you add a standard or premium size piñata item to your shopping cart.  The correct handling fee will be added at that time.  If you choose a handling fee that differs from your shipping method, we cannot process your order until we contact you and the discrepancy is corrected.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS, AND APO LOCATIONS:


All overseas shipments are made by U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested by customer.  Al low 6-8 working days.

 

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:


We ship from two warehouses.  Your order may contain some products shipped from one warehouse, and some products from another.  If so, this will be indicated on the packing slip, so don’t panic if your entire order doesn’t arrive in the same box.

 
Payment Methods:
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express and Discover, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.  Personal checks must be deposited and cleared before we can begin processing your order.   
 
You can place an order online, using your credit card and our secure shopping cart.  If you do not wish to use your credit card online, the shopping cart will allow you to choose other methods (fax, phone, mail) to send your payment.  Please follow the instructions given by the shopping cart.  If paying by postal mail, please send your payment to:

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER with any and all correspondence.  This will allow us to contact you, if necessary, regarding your order. Also, please enter a party or event date when purchasing products. (So that orders may be received in time.) Use the "Special Instructions/Comments" box at the end of the check out form.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, please call us and we will be happy to process a credit for the value of the merchandise.  Please note the following:

You must report any claims for damaged merchandise within ten days after receipt of your order.  We will provide a claim number and instructions on how to return the merchandise to us.  The credit to your credit card will be issued after receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse.

If you're returning merchandise because it was delivered late, even if we shipped it within the specified 24 hours, your refund will be issued for the amount of the merchandise only.  We are not responsible for carrier's late deliveries.

Privacy

We value your privacy, just as we value our own.  The information we collect in order to provide our products and services to you will never be sold, given, or otherwise distributed to any other party or entity.
